Shipping

We deliver our products across Australia.

  • For customers within the metropolitan Melbourne area, delivery is Free and handled by our own staff.
  • For customers outside the metropolitan Melbourne area, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We arrange delivery through domestic carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, CouriersPlease, Aramex, Allied Express, TNT, Fastway, and other available services depending on location and item size.

Delivery Timeframe

For addresses within metropolitan Melbourne, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, although we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Spas Shipping Time: 3 Weeks
Please be aware that the shipping time for spas is approximately three weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we ensure a safe and timely delivery. Rest assured, we will do our best to keep you informed of any updates regarding your spa shipment. 

Shipping Costs Outside Melbourne

For orders outside the Melbourne metropolitan area, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and type of product.
Customers are asked to email us directly at info@tezmo.com.au with their order details so we can calculate and provide a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Requirements

We kindly request that an adult is present at the time of delivery, especially for large items, as the delivery driver may need assistance with unloading.
(This only applies to certain oversized items)

Delivery Location

All deliveries are made to the front door of ground-floor homes or buildings only.
We do not offer any service for moving items inside the home or upstairs.

Re-delivery Fee

If delivery is scheduled with our staff and no one is present at the location to receive the item, a re-delivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempts.

Safe Drop Authorization

If the customer instructs us in advance to leave the item in a safe place, we will do so and take a photo as proof of delivery.
This photo will be considered sufficient evidence of delivery, and we will not accept any claims of non-receipt afterward.

Out of Stock Items

If an ordered item is out of stock at the time of purchase or afterward, we will contact the customer to offer either a full refund or the option to wait for the next restock.
The estimated restock timeframe will be communicated during this process.
