Returns & Refunds

 

At Tezmo, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

1. Faulty or Damaged Goods (within 48 hours)

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@tezmo.com.au with your order number and a description (and photo) of the issue.

Because many items are delivered to active construction sites, where goods may be moved, used, or mishandled by others, we allow a strict 48-hour window for customers to report any issues upon delivery.
 • Our team will inspect the product.
 • If the fault is confirmed to be manufacturing- or delivery-related, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
 • The replacement will be delivered to you by our team.
 • Claims made after 48 hours may be rejected.

 

2. Change of Mind Returns (within 14 days)

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
 • The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
 • It must not be scratched, altered, or installed.
 • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, either by delivering it yourself or using a courier service.
 • If you require redelivery of a replacement item, a new delivery fee will apply.
 • Only one exchange per item is permitted.

Returned items are inspected by our team upon arrival. If the item is found to be damaged, incomplete, or unfit for resale, it will not be accepted, and no refund or credit will be issued.

 

3. Return Processing & Fees

• All approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15–20%, depending on the brand of the product. 

If your return is approved, you may choose between:
 • Receive store credit to purchase another product
 • Request a refund to your original payment method

 • Refunds may take 2–5 business days to process, depending on banking systems.

 

4. How to Request a Return

All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to:
support@tezmo.com.au

Please include:
 • Your full name
 • Order number
 • Reason for the return
 • Photos (if applicable)

 

5. Important Notes
 • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
 • All returns and exchanges are at Tezmo’s sole discretion following inspection.
 • Tezmo reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
